RETURN POLICY:

Returns for custom/personalized products are not accepted. If you would like to make an exchange ( i.e. for size of t-shirts) you may within 15 days of receiving. Must be in original condition. 

HOW LONG WILL MY DELIVERY TAKE?

Custom orders depending on size and design, can take anywhere between 1-3 weeks. In some cases may get out to you sooner. 

Products in stock will be mailed out within 3-5 business days. 

Preorders will be mailed out in at least 14 days from date ordered. 

We will work to get the product out to you as soon as possible, packages may be received sooner than the estimated time. In some cases a tracking number will also be provided to you. 

HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Products are sent through USPS. Please review address and make sure it is correct, also if use a P.O.Box in order to receive mail please provide us with that, otherwise we cannot guarantee your package will reach you.

DONATIONS & FUNDRAISING:

A part of our mission is to give back to the community, in doing so we have a portion of proceeds and sales going toward childhood cancer research. The government funding for cancer only gives 4% to childhood cancer. Also we will be donating towards 2 of the major hospitals in the state. If you would like to donate towards the fund you can do so, just send the request in the notes on your order and we will get back to you. A little help goes a long way.
